Do I need to book in advance or can we walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome for small groups subject to slot availability. However, to guarantee equipment readiness, minimal waiting times, and exclusive slots for games like Paintball, Soap Football, or Human Foosball, advance booking via WhatsApp or phone is highly recommended — especially on weekends and holidays.
What is the minimum group size required for combos and corporate packages?
Our Starter Adventure pass starts from just 2 people. Action & Games Pass (min 6), Ultimate Thrill Pass (min 8), and Mega Splash & Games (min 10) are built for friend squads and celebrations. All-Access Day Pass starts at 15 guests. The all-inclusive corporate day with catering starts at 15 members.
Is paintball painful and is it safe for beginners?
Go Xtreme uses professional low-impact CO2 markers, premium vegetable-oil gelatin capsules that break easily on contact, full-face anti-fog safety masks, and padded chest/spine armor. You may feel a slight sting if hit at close range, but matches are strictly monitored by certified ATOAI marshals enforcing minimum firing distance rules.
What safety gear is provided by Go Xtreme?
All necessary safety equipment is provided at no extra cost: full-face anti-fog paintball masks, body chest protectors, Petzl certified twin-carabiner harnesses and helmets for the zipline, 5-point harness restraints for the gyroscope, and armguards/finger tabs for archery.
What should we wear for our visit?
Wear comfortable athletic wear (t-shirts, track pants, or sports shorts) and mandatory closed footwear (sports shoes or sneakers). For the Splash Pool and Soap Football, please bring swimwear (nylon/polyester) and a fresh change of clothes. We have clean changing rooms and showers on site.
Can kids participate in the activities?
Yes — many games welcome younger guests with marshal guidance. Archery, Human Foosball, Zipline, and Melt Down start at age 8+. Target Air Rifle, Body Zorbing, and the 360° Gyroscope start at age 10+. Splash Pool welcomes guests from age 4 with adult supervision for under-10s. Paintball requires age 12+ with parental consent. Each activity page lists the exact minimum age.

We are located at Plot 18, Sector D, VGP 2nd Main Road, VGP Layout Phase 1, ECR, Uthandi, Chennai (600119) — approximately 20 km from Chennai city center on East Coast Road near the beach. We provide free parking for two-wheelers, cars, and corporate buses.

We are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Evening slots, twilight matches, and corporate dinner events can be hosted up to 10:00 PM with prior reservation.
